As the SVP of Customer Success, Kyle Shepard brings a track record of building, scaling, and optimizing Customer Experience organizations that make a real impact in customer environments. He is known for building world-class teams, delivering on key customer outcomes, and constantly learning and adopting new strategies.

Starting his career as a first responder, Kyle has always worked from an others-first ethos to ensure people are taken care of in the best way possible. Since that time, Kyle has not only worked first-hand with clients looking to implement new technology, but he has built and led customer success programs at scale for some of the largest tech organizations in the world. In the process, he’s helped clients of nearly every size across a variety of industries. 

At Teramind, Kyle leads a team that remains fully committed to our clients’ success, developing and honing processes to ensure every part of their journey is well-supported. His leadership will help the team ensure that as Teramind’s clients evolve and mature their implementations, our teams will be there to help guide and support them to achieve their goals.

Education:

Kyle received his BA from North Carolina Wesleyan University and maintains numerous industry certifications, including Winning by Design (Management Certified), CCSM (Certified Customer Success Manager), and Gainsight CS (Customer Success) Certification. Kyle is also a trained and certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, where he first engaged his talent for helping people in need.

Personal Life:

With 2 children under the age of 6, Kyle spends most of his time away from work at family activities like the playground, trampoline park, swimming, soccer practice, following their family’s favorite football teams, and more. He also loves to stay fit with physical activities like running, lifting, or playing golf.
