Roei Bachar is Teramind’s Chief Financial Officer. After serving as an accounting practice lead for “Big 4” firm PWC, Roei transitioned to private practice, where he supported a number of fintech and cybersecurity SaaS organizations. Having seen the excitement of what a SaaS company can achieve with the right strategy, Roei decided to live the startup tech firm life with us. He was drawn to Teramind because of the challenges we were facing at the time with the overwhelming demand of delivering increasingly more features to thousands of clients at an international scale. Drawing from his experience helping other startups solve similar challenges at pace, he unpacked his skills – and we’re not giving him back!
Roei holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, where he may or may not have earned the title Wizard of Maths. His true skill lies in being a generalist in more areas than most people are comfortable with, making him a Swiss Army knife for startups.
In addition to helping meet demand at Teramind, Roei sits on the board of several other SaaS companies and volunteers for finance committees at local schools in his community. His love is reserved first for his family, followed by travel and soccer (or football, depending on where you live).
